ARTWORK

Processing time

All paintings are made to order. Once order is placed the artwork will be ready to ship within 2-4 weeks.

If you work on deadlines, please contact info@danlesaart.com for the possibilities.

For quantity order, please contact us at info@danlesaart.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

 

Packing

We only ship stretched canvases. Customers also have the option to frame their artwork for an additional fee. The paintings are packed with great care for safety. The painting has secured corners and is additionally packed in acid-free paper and wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap. Artwork is packed in a cardboard box dedicated to the canvas size.

 

Can I update my order at any point?

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@danlesaart.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Please contact info@danlesaart.com if you need to cancel your order.

 

SHIPPING

Where we ship?

We are happy to ship artwork to any destination in the world. If your country is not listed during checkout please contact us by email: info@danlesaart.com, because in this case the shipping cost and time are individual. Please note, art shipped outside of the European Union may take up to two weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country. Additionally, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DPD and GLS.

 

 How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping time depends on your location. Orders from within the European Union take 2-5 business days to arrive. Orders from outside the European Union take approximately 5-14 business days to arrive.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our Return Policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

Change your mind after receiving an original artwork? You have 14 days from the date you received it to let us know. Please note that in this case the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

If you would like help finding a replacement artwork, we are happy to help you find the perfect piece.

If the original artwork arrived damaged, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. 

All return shipments must be in their original packaging (including all accompanying accessories received with the order). 

All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in EUR.

Lost & Damages.

We pack all paintings very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

1.Please ask courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.

2.Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.

If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.

International Taxes & Duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
